With both sides of my family being Italian I've been in the kitchen & baking my whole life, but I've been a professional cake artist for 17 years!

After high school baking quickly became my passion and before I knew it my whole world.

My experience comes from all the kitchens/bakeries I've worked in over the years from mom & pop shops to award winning cake studios.

Now a days I get to run my small business & bake from my home!
